Hannah is a beautiful , young mum with 4 gorgeous children, her youngest born on 1st October 2018. She has done so much for the community , it's our turn to support her and her family in the wave of recent events.

Hannah has been recently diagnosed with a brain tumor that was missed due to pregnancy. Hannah has today (mon 22nd oct) had emergency brain surgery to successfully remove the tumor and now has a long road to recovery. Hannah's partner, Jordan is trying to juggle looking after 4 little ones at home, holding down his job and looking after Hannah but it's proving really difficult.

This fundraising is to help Hannah recover with Jordan and the kids by her side without too much financial stress to add to the burden. Hannah will need home help when she is discharged from hospital.

Hannah's has helped to raise a lot of money for many individuals in need via facebook mummy groups , and is always there when people needed her. Lets help her get better without having to worry about money. Every penny counts!

The EMpower team are getting together on Sunday 4th November to complete a team burpee challenge at approx 9:30am, followed by a bake sale to raise as much money for Hannah and her family as possible. Please come along and support the team in their challenge... and eat CAKE!!
