i was living a reasonable life in my social housing home of 25 years when A new housing officer took over my area. She moved out the family beneath me and put in her friend and compatriot, who immediately started a campaign of hatred and harassmebt towards me. Whenever I complained to the police ( after being physically assaulted and racially abused ) the housing officer would intervene by inventing fabricated pre dated letters, give misinformation and Initiating a false alibi to protect the culprit neighbour. I was punched from behind by another new neighbour, another compatriot of the housing officer and the neighbour beneath. Whilst the police brought charges they deliberately sabotaged the case against the man by not presenting the court with the correct evidence and witnesses. After five years of constant bullying and total lack of support or any fair play by my social housing landlord I had to leave my home of thirty years. My social landlord used fabricated evidence to evict me. I was debarred from defending myself because I had not numbered pages and indented paragraphs in my new statement. My post was being interfered with and I could not respond in time to legal documents sent to me. I ended up in hostels and then street homeless because of all the injustice. There is something seriously wrong with the institutions in this country. I am now compelled to support and work together anyone who feels they have suffered a grave injustice by a social or private landlord and the police and the courts. I am sorry to inform you but there is little justice being metered out in our 'justice' systems. What scant legal aid or Legal Aid lawyers exist are powerless to aggressive, expensive and manipulative private law firms. It could be you next. Losing your home or even your Liberty when finding yourself in a battle or war you never chose with a landlord or the police happen to anyone now. This country is unsafe and its institutions unfit for purpose. We need to fight back and expose the immoral laws that govern us.
