My name is Alex Etiowo . I am the secretary of the Waves
of Success Foundation. It is a Nigerian
borne NGO that caters for Nigerian youth’s sustainability development
and health care. We are registered under the Nigerian Corporate
affairs commission.
Waves of Success Foundation which I am an administrator, carried out a medical health program in Kogi State Nigeria. It is in one of the communities that the grandmother and father of the boy
stricken with the cancerous illness came forward. She gave the story
of the boy who had suffered the illness for over 365 days of
excruciating pain. He is 4 years old in July 15th, 2019.
• The acquired fund will be spent on the following;
1. The retinoblastoma surgery (slated for when funds are
available) at the eye hospital kaduna
2. A year’s monthly chemotherapy treatment.
3. Relevant dietary supplication as specified by the Doctors
which will be sent directly to the parents.
4. Paul Akubo (the sick boy) has never been in the four walls
of an educational facility. To begin, he needs to attend a proper
school (expensive) which caters for people with special needs such as
his. Whatever is left after treatment goes to the boys parents to take
of the last two items listed above; Education and food diet.

• Hospital bills will be paid directly to the hospital
(National Eye Center, Kaduna) and School bills will be paid to the
school.
Thank you very much for your kind effort and gestures bearing in mind
that you have just contributed in helping a child whose parents would
have had no way of raising such funds. Aside from the high level of
illiteracy of Paul’s parents, they reside in a community deprived of
electricity and basic human amenities. Factors that propelled the need for
our medical outreach in the first place.
