Myself and Christabel are running the Manchester Marathon on April 7th.
We have chosen to run for Dementia Friendly in Welshpool to support a fantastic local charity that is close to our hearts.

Melissa and Christabel
Both of our grandfathers have dementia, so this charity is very special to us. And as we both live and work in the Welshpool area we chose Dementia Friendly Welshpool to raise awareness and to show our support.
