Clare moved to Kenya 7 years ago to become a teacher in a school in Nairobi. Whilst working there, she met her now husband Bob, who is a Kenyan citizen. Bob and Clare married on 16th of February 2016 a month after the birth of their dear son Harry. The following year, when Harry was 1, they decided to make plans to relocate to the UK so that they could be closer to family and friends and to give Harry the opportunity to grow up around his extended family. They quickly learned that moving back to the UK would not be as easy as they thought. Because Bob is not a UK citizen he is not allowed to move with Clare and Harry to the UK (despite the fact that they are UK citizens) unless they have a certain amount of money saved or if Clare has a job offer earning £18,600 a year. They looked at the options available and decided to move to the U.A.E where Clare would work and Bob would stay home and take care of Harry until he was old enough to start school then Bob would look for work also. The amount they need to raise is £62,500 plus an additional £4,000 to cover visa fees and pay for an immigration lawyer. They have so far managed to save £20,000 within a year of being in the U.A.E. It's been a really tough time for them as they are desperate to move to the UK to be close to family and friends. The rediculous thing is, they only need the money in their bank for a 6 month period. Obviously they will have costs to set up home once they get here but I have spoken with Clare and she would like to repay anyone who donates to her. However, Clare has done so much in her life to help others, I feel its now time she received her happy ending. Please donate. Any money is gratefully received.
