In April 2019 I will be spending 4 weeks in Bali working with SLV Global on a mental health placement. SLV Global provides practical Psychology work experience that has been ethnically developed in partnership with local organisations to provide mental health care where resources are scarce. In addition to this I will also be volunteering in schools teaching children English. This is an incredible opportunity for me that, whilst being invaluable to my future career within Psychology, will allow me to provide support in communities that need it the most.

In order to raise funds for my trip I will be running the Hamburg half marathon on Jan 20th and will be taking part in dry Jan (those who know me well will know which one I will find much more difficult!!!).

I you could spare a few pounds to sponsor me for these events I would be so grateful!! This is an incredible opportunity to make a difference in a part of the world much less fortunate than us, and to contribute towards making sure those in need get the treatment they deserve.
