Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I am two weeks away from my London to Brighton cycle, and I couldn't be more excited. Thank you so much to those of you who have been able to donate some pennies.

As I'm sure you aware, Sri Lanka suffered an horrific terrorist attack over the Easter break that left the nation completely shocked, and has lead to the UK Home Office advising against travel to the country. Because of this the school has decided that the Bohunt pupil's expedition to Sri Lanka this summer will not to take place. Whilst this is incredibly sad, it is definitely the right decision as the safety of the pupils is always the most important thing to us.

Thankfully, Inspire Worldwide, the organisation who have planned the expedition, has managed to accommodate the 11 pupils on an expedition taking place in Tanzania, working with the Livingstone Tanzania Trust (https://www.livingstonetanzaniatrust.com/). The pupils are thrilled to still be going away on an expedition, and to work with a charity as well regarded as the LTT.

I have decided to still fundraise and donate the money from my charity cycle to The TEA Project, as I'm sure the Sri Lanka based charity needs it now more than ever, and they will be sad at now being to have our super Bohunt kids coming to work with them in August.

So, as always, I will be immensely grateful for anything you can donate and will forever send you kisses and winks (unless that upsets you and I'll just go for a thumbs up).
