Tendring in Essex houses the most deprived area of Europe known as Jaywick & Domestic Abuse in Tendring which includes everywhere from Colchester to Harwich has the highest incidents of Domestic Abuse & without support any future generations will have a blueprint that abuse of any sort is ok. Sweet Ways To Stop Abuse supports counsels & educates young people to spot & avoid Toxic & Abusive relationships.

I have today completed another 4.21 miles today so I now have only 3.26 miles and then I have completed my half a marathon challenge in order to raise money to help young adults in Tendring

Thanks to Anytime Fitness Clacton on Sea I am doing the equivalent of a half marathon on a treadmill, due to my disability I cannott do it in one go but they are being so patient with we MASSIVE THANKS TO ANYTIME FITNESS and massive thanks to those who have given cash already Kiwi, Tina & Shaz and to my best friend Jane who has pledged
