Story

Kalah Wales Knife Crime Programme CIC provides FREE self defence classes to adults and children from aged 9 years old at different venues across Cardiff but is looking to expand to cover the whole of Wales. James Bourne is the Kalah Level 2 Instructor who along with his team Voluntarily organise the daily running of this amazing initiative to keep these children and adults safe. We desperately need financial assistance to keep these classes going and to train new instructors.

Sky News filming KALAH WALES on TV 10pm Sunday 10th November to 11am Monday 11th November. Please watch to follow our story and also the shocking story of Helen McAuley-Sadler who was viciously stabbed in the middle of the afternoon whilst at a fairground in Pontypridd Park with her then 3 year old son and 16 year old brother, simply for asking a gang of girls to stop swearing!!!! Speaking very bravely for the first time publicly.
