Hi All,

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. On the 8th April 2018 I will be running my first ever Marathon in Manchester. I was lucky enough to win a place on the London Marathon on the 22nd April which will then be followed by the Liverpool Marathon on the 20th May. This will be my biggest Challenge yet considering I would have been running less than a year by time I complete all 3. I have decided to try and raise as many funds as possible for Elliott's Trust during my journey.

Elliott's trust was set up in honor of Denton Teenager Elliott Fernandez who sadly passed away in January 2017 at the young age of 19. He died from alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. As a result of this, his closest friends and family are very keen to raise awareness of the disease and raise funds for specialist nurses to increase early diagnoses.

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Elliott, we do share in common that we are both from Denton and have a passion for football and I am sure you would all agree that causes like this can benefit massively from any funds we can come together and raise.
