Jasmine Lingwood (nee Reeve), who was instrumental in reforming the Bungay branch of the Suffolk Wildlife Trust, conceived the idea of a book, Wild About Bungay, reflecting the flora ad fauna in and around the town and the changing environmental surroundings of the seasons. Sadly the idea was still in its infancy when she died of breast cancer. Now two of her brothers are taking up the project and producing the book in her memory. It will contain over 230 photographs by local photographers, and other information. The funds we are seeking through Just Giving are to cover the production costs - design and printing - of the book. This will ensure that all the proceeds from the sale of copies can go to the Suffolk Wildlife Trust charity. It will be sold at a launch event and through Trust outlets, and will be a fitting memorial to Jasmine, who was also a dedicated member of Friends of the Earth.
