You may know that my world was turned upside down this year on March 16th, after completing the Hasting half marathon I had a cadiac arrest.

I was lucky not to die, unfortunatley every week roughly 8 young people are not so luck 'cause of undiagnosed heart defect.

It's CRY awareness week Oct 11th to 18th and on this week I plan to get my legs waxed, which will be filmed and placed on Youtube for everyone to witness.

I did have many idea's planned for this week but if I'm honest I was taking on far too much!

On Tuesday 21st October...The Dolly Show will be held at the Latest Bar in Brighton..

I've been given the all clear to run again...So I will be running the Hastings Half marathon in 2009... So please support me in anyway that you can....
