Three & Four Peak Challenges · 3 June 2008 to 6 June 2008 ·

CARE International is a humanitarian organisation leading the fight to end poverty in the world’s most challenging situations. Women and girls are at the centre of our work, because we cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities.

Story

Well they did it!

I am very pleased and proud to inform you that the CTC IT team successfully completed the Care International 3 Peaks Challenge over the weekend of 7th / 8th June

The team comprising of climbers Wendy Dorkin, Tony Lang, Kieran Maloney, Daniel Micola, Neil Rutland and Andrew Yau, supported by drivers Jason Thomas and his friend Geoff completed the gruelling climb up and down Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon and the drives between the 3 mountains in just over 29 hours, which I am sure you will agree is a fantastic effort.

Just as importantly through everyone's efforts our event has so far raised over £11,000 in donations to the Care International Charity which is a tremendous total.

We are keeping the JustGiving donations site live for a further month and we would love to hit our original target of £12,000 so please give generously. You can also donate by cash or cheque made payable to Care International UK which you should give or send to the IT Helpdesk, Charles Taylor Consulting, International House, 1 St Katharines Way, London E1W 1UT

Thanks again for your continued support
