WaterAid is an international non-profit with one goal: to change the world through water. Along with decent toilets and good hygiene, a reliable supply of clean water is essential for health, dignity and a life full of opportunity.

Story

We did it!

The 4th annual Walk for Water took place Sunday 28th Feb. A record 53 people walked or ran the 8.5 or 13.1mile route, with 7 running the Marathon training race at 8am on the same day.

We were blessed with perfect walking conditions and the forecast rain never materialised.

It looks like we are on target to raise at least £1500, hopefully more - every penny counts!

Over the last 3 years we have raised over £6000, and are looking forward to adding to that total this year. If you would like to donate, please do so via this site, or contact us.

Thanks to all the participants, and the wonderful Marshals, and to The Daten for providing us with somewhere to recuperate!
