As you are hopefully aware, we have taken part in the Currys and HSBC Triathalon (which was completed on the 14th Sept, but we cannot put a past date in on this site).  We made a good time and completed it in 3 hours 26 minutes (mainly thanks to Fiona's fab bike ride and run!), and are really happy that we completed it without incident!  Of course besides the "fun" of it, we are raising money for two of the four extremely worthwhile Group Charities.  This is the page for Foyer, the other page is listed below:

We want to ensure that every penny that you donate is split evenly between all 4 charities.  However, due to charity law shennanigans, all the money you sponsor has to be paid frome each site direct to just 1 charity - in this case Foyer
