Christmas Day Swim for Myeloma · 25 December 2014

Myeloma UK is the only organisation in the UK dealing exclusively with myeloma. We provide information and support to patients and their families and help myeloma patients live longer, with a better quality of life by accelerating the discovery, development of and access to new treatments.

Story

On 25th December 2014 we will be braving the storms of Lisfannon Beach to raise money for Myeloma UK. This is a charity which is close to my heart because my husband, Ivan, was diagnosed with Myeloma in 2011 and has bravely been battling this disease ever since. The money raised will go towards much needed research which hopefully someday will lead to a cure for the disease.

Friends from work, family, sisters, brothers and children are all taking part in the swim to support this fundraising event. In return, I promise the picture evidence on Facebook will not disappoint.

All we ask is for a wee nugget here or there, or anything you can spare - all donations are much appreciated.  xxxxxxxx
