Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity helps to improve the health of the people of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Wandsworth. We encourage innovation and excellence, providing added value rather than replacing NHS provision. We aim to support patients, their families and carers from birth to death. Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has already achieved the maximum three stars in the Government's performance ratings.
