We help to improve the care and treatment of local patients by funding vital equipment, research, patient support, buildings and people in the Northern General, Royal Hallamshire, Weston Park, Jessop Wing and Charles Clifford Dental hospitals.
The staff of Yorkshire Bank & Clydesdale Bank are holding a 10k walk in Leeds, Glasgow and London offices to raise money for the Princess Royal Spinal Rehabilitation Centre in Sheffield. One of our colleague's daughters was involved in an accident in which she was quite seriously injured and is currently receiving treatment from the unit.
This unit is the only one in the region that provides unique support for patients needing a ventilator. Additional fund raising such as this will support the great work the facility undertakes in supporting the rehabilitation of people with the most severe injuries.
