You will no doubt have seen the devastation that has affected the Philippines from the news in the last few days.

My good lady is from the region, West Visayas (Iloilo City) where the storm ripped through on the 8th Nov, fortunately her immediate family are all safe and well. 

From what I have seen from the media I feel that I need to do something to help, I therefore will do a wee cycle from West Calder to Fort William and back on Wednesday 20 Nov on my single speed bike, so a fair challenge of a 250 mile round trip.

So please help me raise as much money as possible to help the poor desperate people just needing the basics of life, what we take for granted, and help them get back on their feet.

Any small amount would be greatly appreciated.
