Cycle for HCPT

To help make a difference to the lives of children from London who have many types of disability or special needs a group of 30 cyclists will be taking part in a 200km charity bike ride around Connemara in the West Coast of Ireland this October.   The cycle group are from the parish of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St George, Enfield and are supporting HCPT Group 100 (Enfield).

All money raised will go towards providing a holiday for these children in Lourdes, France this Easter with HCPT - The Pilgrimage Trust. 

HCPT takes thousands of children with disabilities or special needs on a pilgrimage holiday to Lourdes in France. The children travel in small groups with experienced volunteer helpers, doctors, nurses and chaplains. A week in Lourdes with an HCPT Group is a week filled with fun and laughter and also provides a well earned week of respite for parents and carers back home!

It cost £750 to send a child to Lourdes.  Our target of £12,000 will really make a difference for these children and their families.
