We will be cycling the Coast to Coast route, from Whitehaven to Sunderland over three days. The route is just under 150 miles. We are all associated to the South Wold North Pony Club and decided we wanted to do something for charity. We are also raising money for the Notts & Lincs Air Ambulance and a small percentage will go to club funds. All donations on this site will go to Help for Heroes. 9th Feb - Training is going well, latest training run of 25 miles successfully completed including Kenwick Hill and Red Hill!!

10th Mar - Just over 2 weeks to go, starting to panic now!!

30th Mar - Yahoo, ride completed, we had a great weekend, many thanks to Rowley and Ian our support team, now time to collect all the cash promises. you can still donate via this page to get nearer to the target, don't be shy, we've done it now so you've no excuses.
