Supporting the work of MENCAP has been an important part of my life for over four years.  This year i'm embarking on a new challange! A Five Day Bike ride covering 417km through the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

This magnificent cycle challange takes place in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, whose famous Banff and Jasper national parks offer breathtaking scenery - towering peaks, immense glaciers and spectacular canyons.  It is a ride of awesome proportions earning every penny of sponsership raised!
