Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

Hello everyone

Inspired by the London to Brighton bike ride, myself and my fellow intrepid adventurer Steph are now heading to the exotic terrains of South East Asia to cycle from rural Thailand to the magnificent Angkor Wat in Cambodia. We then head down the scenic Mekong Delta to finish in the vibrant city of Saigon in Vietnam. The total trip distance is approximately 561km (352 miles).

For those of you sceptics, yes we are cycling and not being driven to border towns for the photos! Although I can guarantee there will be some very cheesy photo shoots regardless of Steph's protests!

Whilst completing this personal challenge we are trying to raise money for the British Heart Foundation so we would be grateful if you would sponsor us using this quick and easy to use web page.

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page and your kind donations.
