You should by now be aware that come November, Jon and I are cycling for 6 days through Mexico and covering a huge 479km!! As non-cyclist's this is not going to be an easy task but we are confident we can do it!

As I work for CLAN and have a small target of raising 3 million pounds in the next 2 years to build a new cancer support centre, we decided there was an obvious cause to receive any funds we raise! CLAN's new support centre will offer lot's more services and accomodation to anyone affected by cancer. For those of you who do not know about CLAN please visit www.clanhouse.org for more details.

We are paying for the trip ourselves, so all money donated will go direct to CLAN!!
