Thankyou so much for your support, Carel and I completed the 60 mile route in 4 hours 9 minutes!!

Remember the pointless voilence and destruction in the recent London Riots? Many people's livelyhoods destroyed, looted and burned to the ground. Innocent people attacked, injured, and robbed by ruthless KIDS.  

 

On the 25th of September 2011 we will take part in a cycle event called Ride Around London for a charity called Access Sport that basically keeps the youth busy and off the streets by involving them in sport.

 

I am cycling 60 miles (100km) with the one and only Carel Maganck.

As I'm sure most of you remember, it was only a few months ago that I was hoping around on crutches after a dislocated ankle and fractured leg so this really is going to a big challenge and an exciting opportunity for a great cause!
