My story
From September 2011, the charity Climb Your Mountain (CYM) will be offering a new book called 'How to deal with life's challenges - a practical self-help guide to tackling stress & depression'
The book will be availble free to people both as a paperback book and as a downloadable e-book. The book was written by Charlie Wardle, the founder of the charity with the aim of helping thousands of people across the country.
By donating to this page and to the charity you will be ensuring more books can be printed and made available to many more people. Any money you donate will therefore go directly to benefiting many people and help them deal with life's challenges.
