Last June, Tan and I were complete strangers who shared a tent and shared a fundraising cause.  We ran/walked the Gobi March (250km, 7 days) and raised over  £11,000 (US$16,000) for the Christina Noble Childrens Foundation (CNCF).  It was such an incredible experience that we thought that we'd try it again in 2009.  This year, we're going to tackle RacingThePlanet: Namibia and will be raising money for CNCF's Sunshine School in Vietnam.
