The Dad's Army team of Robert McAllen, Scott Fergus, Brian Cooper and as our Private Pike had to pull out at the last minute we got a replacement in the form of Louise McLaughlin (thanks Louise) are all running in a team in the Hairy Haggis relay race at this years Edinburgh Marathon.

We're raising money for Capability Scotland - http://www.capability-scotland.org.uk/

Capability works with disabled people of all ages and their families and carers throughout Scotland.

In addition to providing a range of modern, flexible services they are also a campaigning organisation, committed to using the influence they have to ensure disabled people achieve the same human and civil rights as the rest of society.

The Relay splits the marathon into 4 legs -

Brian's    - 8.1 Miles     Regent Road, Edinburgh  to Fisherrow Links, Musselburgh   (The Royal Leg)
Robert's   - 5.4 Miles     Fisherrow Links to Port Seton Links (The Cock & Pan Leg)
Scott's  - 8.0 Miles     Port Seton Links to Port Seton Links    (The Gosford Leg)
Louise's  - 4.7 Miles     Port Seton Links to Musselburgh Race Course(The Glory Leg)
