I am deciding for the year coming up to beat my PB on total metres run in one effort from 200 to 21082.41 because I want to donate money to the Stroke Association to repay for how they have supported my mum and dad in her last three years supporting my old man after his stroke.

It's been a varied, tough and challenging three years but the two of them are growing through it and hopefully Dad will respond even better to his son doing his specialist sport.

I hope do them proud, have an exceptional result for a newbie and hope that in some way the £500 raised will help another family elsewhere.
