Story
Please sponsor me to run the Flora London Marathon 2008, on 13th April.
There are several goals that I hope to achieve during the race:
1) Run very slowly, non-stop…….in contrary to popular belief, running for 6 hours is a lot harder that getting round in 3!
2) Get interviewed by an ex-Olympian onTowerBridge…….the challenge is to be able speak after 12 miles.
3) Catch up with Gordon Ramsay…….I want to know why his recipe for lemon chicken (which I cooked on Valentines Day) tasted like washing-up liquid.
4) Not to be overtaken by somebody wearing a deep-sea diving suit…….I don’t want to have to take a whole week off work.
5) Dip for the line…….without falling onto my face and being bundled into an ambulance, wrapped in a foil blanket.
Dig deep for my first ever marathon - all proceeds go to Kids Kidney Research.
