Adam Cooper and myself are planning a 300 mile cycle from Uxbridge to Lands End over 3 days. This is the first time we have ever done anything like this, so we would like you to show your support for the children's Charity Dreamflight.

The cycle will be starting on Friday 14th September leaving from Uxbridge Cricket Club, Middlesex. The first day of the cycle will be a 85 mile ride to Salisbury, the second day will be Salisbury to Dartmoor National Park, approximately 115 miles, the third and final leg on Sunday 16th September will be from Dartmoor to Lands End, 105 miles.

This cycle will be a massive challenge for us and we would like everyone to show their support.
