So, december 31st 2012 and I decide that I will set myself a challenge ....I will run everyday of 2013 for at least half an hour (and yes,I was sober ). It started well and despite the weather I managed to get out daily and quite often with company too, however it was also becoming clear that I needed an added incentive to" get out there" and that was when I came up with the idea of raising funds to buy at least one defibrillator machine for our village ( our village being Blunham Bedfordshire for those of you who don't know).

There are various ways you can sponsor me,for example you could choose to sponsor me £1 on the 3rd of every month or for the first 3 months of the year, you could sponsor me on april 5th if that is your birthday or maybe £10 for the whole of may....you decide how much and for how long I don't mind...every little helps as they say and for me ,knowing that someone is donating some of their hard earned money on any given day will make it that little bit easier to pull on my shoes and "pound those streets" for what I believe is a very good cause.
