Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Dear family, friends & colleagues

I am hoping to fulfill a lifetime's ambition to make it to the summit of Africa's highest mountain, the Kilimanjaro, in September and at the same time raise money for a good cause.

I have chosen to support St. Raphael's Hospice, a local hospice based in Cheam, as they offer an outstanding palliative care service. They provide comfort, compassion and understanding to both patients and families facing the crisis during the latter stages of illness and offering real choices in end-of- life care.

The Hospice relies for 75% of its income on donations, fundraising and legacies. Without this additional revenue they would not be able to offer the services that makes St. Raphael’s so special.

Any donation will be gratefully received for this truly wonderful hospice, for I am certain your generosity will help spur me on when the going gets tough.

Thanking you in advance.

David
