Hello guys and gals, yes its me asking for your generosity once again. I will definitely be earning it though you'll be pleased to hear.

Ok, so on August 25th, I will be cycling 500km from Vilnius, capital city of Lithuania (as if you didn't know) to Riga, capital city of Latvia. If I make it, I should be arriving in Riga 5 days later with lots of stories and photos, and of course a very sore ass!

On a more serious note for a moment, I am doing this for Marie Curie Cancer Care, and I am sure you are all aware of my experience with cancer a couple of years ago and over the last couple of months. So, please help as much as poss, especially all you smokers out there.
