Well, we did it, finishing in 4 hours 15 minutes and 50 seconds, coming a notable 20,526th.

The last few miles were tougher than we expected, but reminding ourselves of the donations everybody made and the support we have received over the past few months helped us to the finsih line.

As some of you know, we have been lucky enough to secure two places to run in the New York Marathon. The catalyst for our, what some would refer to as a crazy, decision, came when we decided who we would raise money for, Mind - campaigning for better Mental Health. Lucy tragically lost her uncle late 2007 to mental health related issues which could have been idenitified and understood sooner, if mental health, such a taboo subject, was more widely understood. Sponsoring us will provide Mind with funds to enable them to increase awareness and support those living with mental distress, so please, please, pretty please sponsor us!
