Story

31 days to go. I'm running the Liverpool Half Marathon this weekend in preparation. Thank you for your donations.

Really appreciate the donations that continue to come in. Less than 2 months now. On the Purbeck hills tomorrow!

Thank you for the overnight donations. I'm not far off the £500 target.

Got 8 miles carrying weight under my belt Saturday and 6 miles in boots today. Training proper starts this week.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

I will be running the Brighton marathon on the 14th April, 2013, in memory of Stephen Healey, a friend from university and a Captain in the Army who was killed in action in Afghanistan on the 26th May, 2012.

I will be running in support of Steve's partner, Thea, who has created a 415 mile running challenge in order to keep his memory alive and continue to raise money for the charity Blind Veterans UK, a charity that Steve fundraised for.

If you would like to show your support to the memory of Stephen, the monumental challenge that Thea has set, and the important work that Blind Veterans UK do, then please do kindly donate.

Thank you,

Daniel.
