My personal message:

Over the past few month Ellie has been training for the Reading Half Marathon (2nd March) and Dan for the London Marathon (13th April – only Dan is mad enough for this!),

Ellie has done her bit so it is down to Dan now!

For our efforts we would like to raise as much as possible for our chosen charity, African Medical and Research Foundation. AMREF is training health workers and medical professionals through East Africa so communities are not reliant upon external medical care.  It also funds the flying doctors and advises local governments on health care policy.

Donating through JustGiving.com is the best way to sponsor us,  AMREF will receive your money faster and will get an extra 28% if you are a tax payer (at no extra cost).

Thanks for your support – now back to the training…
