I'm coming out of my  running retirement  after toooo long  for an inspirational and motivational challenge for a good cause by running the Edinburgh marathon in memory of my Dad and my Grandad Bob who were both along with  us as a family loads of vital help and support to get through such difficult time.

Mcmillan cancer support have been helping families like ours with the toughest fight most of us will ever face in our life and they are with you every step of the way

to be quite frank i could not even consider putting myself tghrough teh sheer pain of running a distance like that without doing it for charity 

any support anyone could give me by donating would be very much appriciated no matter how big or small all very much help!!

now thankfully  with less than 5 weeks to go my training is going quite smooth again after a few hicups with injuries ect
