We are taking part in Tough Mudders 2015 with several teams across the UK to raise money for Dementia UK.

We will be completing a Tough Mudder course in August in Cirencester.  (You're welcome to come cheer us on or of course chuckle at our fierce leeps and climbs).

It's a 12 mile course filled with obstacle after obstacle with a little rest in between where of course we must run.  In our efforts to succeed we will have to swim or sink and be saved....climb, swing, crawl and face the hardest physical and mental challenges of our lives to date. 

Not to miss out the fire, ice and electric shocks on the way.

Of course the other up side is getting to see us cry and crawl across the finish line.
