Dan and Adam are walking 50km over the Brecon Beacons to raise money for Anthony Nolan.

⁃You are all young, talented, great looking and love doing things to help other people. We love that.

⁃Dan and Adam are going to need to put down the waffles and train. To be honest, they're both a little scared.

⁃It’s going to be hard, Adam will most likely cry. Dan's arm may well burst. They are going to hurt, and you can make this happen. Think about it, it’s legal, and they both get hurt and you get to give some money to a good cause. It’s an absolute win win.
