Hello Everyone, 

Not long to go now! Just one day to go. Thank you to all those who have donated, it has helped me reach my target. I have now gone over the target so thank you so much for that. Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research is a fantastic charity and the money you have donated will do so much for the cause. I won't let you down! 

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This year I will be participating in the Leukaemia & Lymphoma research London|Paris event. When doing this event I will cover 500km over 4 days, this will be a huge challenge but with a lot of training and preparation I will be able to undertake this once in a lifetime opportunity. With your help I will be able to reach the target amount of money needed and hopefully even more. 

At the moment I am training between 5-6 times a week with my tri club (Crystal Palace), and I will need to do some intense cycling training to prepare myself. Doing this will need dedication and a lot of BLOOD, SWEAT and (muscle)TEAR; but at the end of it all the money raised will go to a fantastic cause.
