Charity Registration No. 1093745

Meadow House Hospice provides Specialist Palliative Care Service in West London. The in-patients’ unit and Day Hospice aim to help patients adjust to the physical, psychological and social implications of progressive illness. Specialist nurses provide palliative care at home and a family support team assists families, both practically and emotionally.

My story

Meadow House Hospice is a charity close to our hearts because of the amazing care and support they gave to our family back in November 2007 when our Dad lost his battle to cancer.
Because of this we are running the British 10k London Run hoping to raise some money to support their continued hard work for families going through similar times to us.
