Daniel Barnett’s Employment Law Bulletin fundraiser
My target is to raise £10,000 for Starlight Children’s Foundation – £1,000 for each of the 10 years I’ve been emailing out my Employment Law Bulletin – and this is your chance to help. From the outset this has been a free service, so I'm inviting you to show your appreciation by giving something back...
I’ve chosen Starlight because of the fantastic work they do, lighting up the lives of seriously and terminally ill children by granting them their dearest wishes. There are many examples of this inspiring work on Starlight’s website, www.starlight.org.uk, but only recently they have:
- taken six-year-old Olive to Buckingham Palace to deliver a cake to the Queen – a cake she’d baked with Gordon Ramsay’s wife Tana! (see picture on left)
- put 16-year-old dancer Chelsie, who has cystic fibrosis, centre stage in a one-off West End show
- made it possible for 13 children and their families to visit Santa in Lapland.
