Well here we go again…..

In just under a couple of weeks i'll be cycling over 400km in five days along South Africa’s garden route, from George to Cape Town. Not only will it be a huge physical challenge (apparently this year’s hills are somewhat epic) but I'm committed to raising a minimum of £1,750 sponsorship for Norwood, who do amazing work with vulnerable children and adults living with learning difficulties and disabilities. Some of them will even be joining us on tandem bikes for the ride, which makes the whole experience even more rewarding.

Since everyone’s been so generous with sponsorship over the last couple of years I’ve tried to raise as much as possible through offline events. Unfortunately, I’m still quite a way from my fundraising target so any contributions to help me get there would be greatly appreciated. I know it’s the credit crunch and all but charity must be as good an investment as any at the moment!
