In April 2010 I will be running the London Marathon on behalf of the charity “Addaction", who support 1st and 2nd hand sufferers of substance abuse. Their latest campaign supports the 1.3 million children living with abuse, offering protection and much needed assistance. The process of donating here takes about 4-5 minutes:

1) Click on Donate.

2) You will then be asked to enter the sum you wish to donate (between £2 and £100,000) and your email address.

3) Finally you are then asked to enter your payment details, followed by your address details. (You only ever have to do this once, so if you've donated via Just Giving before this stage won't matter.)

4) Then click "Submit your donation", and that's it!
