Dear all

I'll be looking a bit worse than this after the fiteen miler I'm doing in July.  It's in Bewl, near Wadhurst in Surrey and, at last count, there were only 79 entrants.  So, anything above 78th place and I'll be happy.

I'm raising money for the Equal Rights Trust, mostly because they tackle discrimination - in particular of those who are voiceless or stateless - and also because they are small.
