Thank you for supporting my mum and I to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

As some of you may know both my grandmothers have been diagnosed with memory illnesses. One has dementia and the other Alzheimer's.

I see the work charities like DementiaUK and Alzheimer's Society do personally to support my family and I would like to do something to say thank you!

Please, please donate whatever you can - even 10p can make a difference to a families lives!
