Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Sunday 28th of March I will be abseiling the 140ft from the top of the North Stand at Old Trafford to the pitch, with the added danger of an Everton shirt on my back - now that's trusting!
All of your donations will go to Francis House.
Francis House is a very special hospice caring for terminally ill children. The criteria for entry into the hospice is that the child has been diagnosed as having ‘no cure’. It is therefore unlikely that any of these children will ever become adults, and consequently we try to improve the quality of their short lives.
That Francis House exists at all is due to the generosity of many thousands of people from the North West and beyond, who have taken these children and their families to their hearts. Individuals, groups, companies and trusts have dug deeply into their resources and worked hard to help children they have never met, families they may never meet, as their way of expressing concern and support. Thank you for helping to keep Francis House at the heart of caring, for children whose lives will be short and whose families bear the grief; yet who see each day as a rainbow of hope, a gift of joy, to be lived as fully as possible.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
