Hello, and welcome to my just giving page
My name is Daniel and I am a sufferer of a liver disease which started in April of this year as a type of hepatitis, either A or E, as yet a final diagnosis has not been given but I am still under going various tests. at the ripe old age of 46 its possible I may never work again so now I’m devoting my time to promote the following. Next May 2008, I will be embarking on a sponsored motorbike ride around the Isle of Wight covering 2000 miles in a continuos loop, approximately 40 laps of the island,for a healthy rider this wouldn't pose too much of a challenge but i have to consider my illness, the hardest part is going to be overcoming the mental and physical exhaustion that many sufferers and myself feel on a daily basis, so this isn't go to be an easy task for me. All of This will be to raise awareness of the many types of liver diseases there are, and the fact that liver disease is on the increase in the UK.I am obviously going to be raising as much money as possible to help support, www.Britishlivertrust.org.uk based in Ringwood, which is a life line for sufferers and their families including myself and my own family.
