Get Connected
Get Connected is a free telephone, email and webchat helpline service finding young people the best help whatever the problem. Available anywhere in the UK, 1pm - 11pm every day, we can provide free connections to local or national services, and text information to caller's mobile phones.
Get Connected's vision is that every young person in the UK can find the help they need to support their emotional and physical wellbeing.
There are 11 million young people in the UK. In Get Connected's survey of 2006, 4 out of 5 of young people didn't know where to turn with their problems. Get Connected is the free helpline for these young people, who know they need help but don't know where to find it. With Helpline Workers trained to support each young person in their unique situation and help them choose the best service from over 13,000 in the UK, Get Connected is the vital gateway between a distressing confusing problem the young person can't solve on their own and the service that can help them solve it. Crucially, the connection we make for each young person to their chosen source of help is free as well.

Ok party people...you have made it this far which is step one...i am again running the asics 10k for get connected..an amazing charity helping thousands of young people who need support. Last year everyone that was so generous enough to sponser me helped raise 470quid.....amazing...so this time..the target is 500 and i know with all your help we can make this happen and make loads of money for this amazing charity. To add to the fun...if you sponser me...im making an alternative sponsoring arrangement.
